Palm Villas at Mauna Lani is a tropical paradise just minutes away from private beaches, the Mauna Lani fitness center, Luxury Hotels, Shops at Mauna Lani featuring Tommy Bahama restaurant and of course the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Centrally located on the west side of the island where you are 30 mins from the airport, 20 minutes from Waimea and optimally located for the best beaches, restaurants and tons of activities.

This 2 story unit, with a one car detached garage, is thoughtfully designed and decorated with family and flow in mind. You enter the townhome and are greeted with wall to ceiling picture windows, bringing in tons of natural light. A large gourmet kitchen stocked with absolutely everything you could want and need to prepare a feast for your loved ones. The kitchen, living and dining room, full bathroom and bedroom with two twins (can also be made a king, upon request) are all located on the ground floor. The lanai off the living room has seating for 6 and a built in BBQ with a sweet little side yard for the kids to enjoy while cooking dinner and enjoying the sunset hour.
Upstairs you will find the second guest bedroom (Queen Bed) with a full private bathroom. A loft sitting area with a desk, printer and a pull out sofa.The master bedroom (KIng bed) is large and spacious. The bathroom boasts a soaking tub, walk in shower and a double vanity sink. The private lanai off the master has a nice sitting area to also enjoy the morning or sunset views.
This unit overlooks the Historical Preservation area and is quiet and private. When visiting the pool which is directly across the road, you feel like you are in your own tropical oasis. The grounds are beautifully kept with flowers and greenery surrounding, the colors are stunning all year round.
Mauna Lani is perfect for biking (Contact Bike Works at the Queen Shops for bike rentals #. The Mauna Lani fitness center is just across from the entrance of Palm Villas.
