This unit is 1400 sq ft, 2bd, 2ba ground floor, end unit with open living spaces. The open floor plan includes a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, and a spacious dining room. Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), 2 full baths, Queen Sofa Bed, a large laundry room, and a small office space complete the layout. On the Lanai off the dining room door you’ll find a 200-square-foot open space with table for dining and ceiling fans. An attached 2-car garage (parking for one vehicle) offers private parking and easy and direct access to the condo.
The Nihilani complex has a beautiful pool area that includes a Jacuzzi and large and relaxing BBQ area. The free form pool has two levels, the upper level covered by a large cabana. If you're looking for a beautiful luxury condo in one of the most breathtaking places in the world, this is it.
