Part Time is a semi oceanfront home located just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. This single story beach cottage offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Step inside to an open concept living area, kitchen, and dining space, all featuring beautiful ocean views. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, while the dining table offers seating for the whole family. After a day exploring the Outer Banks, unwind on the sofa with your favorite movie or TV show as you take in the ocean views.
Down the hall, you will find three comfortable bedrooms. The Queen En Suite provides a private and relaxing retreat. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, while the third offers two Twin beds, each with plenty of space to settle in for the week. A full hall bathroom is conveniently located for shared use.
The outdoor space is just as inviting as the interior. Start your morning on the front deck with a cup of coffee and a glimpse of the sunrise over the ocean. In the evening, head to the back deck to enjoy sunset views over the sound. The backyard includes string lighting and a fire pit, perfect for cooler nights. Relax in the private hot tub or gather under the home at the tiki bar, complete with a full size refrigerator and a high capacity ice maker, making beach days even easier.
