Within just 5 miles from this house, you can go to the movies with you friends and family at the Harkins Movie Theatre, go bowling at Uptown Alley, or head on over to hangout at the Westgate Entertainment District that is full of fun shops, different foods, and exciting games. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is accompanied by a sparkling pool, hot tub, patio seating, and an outside fire pit.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The primary room is furnished with a king sized bed across from a private television in the corner of the room. A desk with a lamp lines the wall opposite of the bed. There is a spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a single vanity and a newly furnished, walk-in marble shower.
Our second bedroom has a queen bed and two side tables with lamps. The closet will have ample storage space and plenty of room to hang personal items.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and a side table with a lamp. The closet will also have ample storage space and plenty of room to hang personal items.
The guest bathroom is located down the hallway, opposite from the bedrooms. This bathroom features a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, plates & bowls, cooking utensils, and smaller kitchen appliances. We plan for you to utilize this space to store beverages and small snacks or to host a 3-course meal for family and friends. You can rest assured you’ll be able to start your day with a cup of coffee from the Keurig machine and then start your happy hour with a nice glass of wine if desired!
The dining room table is across from the kitchen area and seats 6 people.
Lounges:
As you enter through our front door, we have a two bar stools and small bar table on the left - perfect for setting your drinks down while you play pool and watch the game on the TV mounted on the wall. You will see this game area immediately as you walk in to the house.
The living room is located off to the right of the kitchen and includes two chairs and a mini table, games, a mini bar area with glasses available, and a large screen TV on the wall opposite from the L-shaped family couch to relax on.
The laundry room is located in the garage to the right and contains a washer, dryer, and laundry supplies.
The property’s garage is accessible to guests and can fit two cars.
Outdoor Space:
Out in our private backyard, we have strung lights surrounding the patio area nestled between the living room and the primary bedroom. We have a propane grill, outdoor seating, and a gate around the patio area to keep kids or dogs in.
We have a hot tub, lounge chairs, more outdoor patio seating, and a fire pit right across from the sparkling pool accompanied with pool games. Behind the house sits a fenced in yard with corn hole and other outdoor games.
