Our lovely upstairs condo is inviting and comfortable with lots of extra amenities to make you feel right at home & enjoy your vacation. Beach chairs & umbrella, snorkel gear, cooler to name a few. Enjoy your morning coffee/afternoon cocktail w/beautiful views of the ocean from the lanai. All guests receive an up-to-date info guide about the area and island with specially recommended restaurants, hidden beaches, things to do etc. 2-days between guest visits.
Colony One/Sea Mountain is a unique place. The setting & location are wonderful & unusual. Definite Hawaiian country feel. The complex is well maintained & small enough to stay friendly. People say hello to each other as they walk past & lots of conversations are started while lounging in the pool/hot tub area. Since buying our unit over 13 years ago, we have spent a lot of time fixing it up & making it as comfortable as possible for our guests.There is a great bakery, coffee mill (that has tours & free samples), and farmers market all within a a 10-minute drive. Lots to explore in this lesser known part of the island and our place is a great starting point for your adventures. We invite you to be our guest at #24.
