This beautiful town home is located just a few short blocks from Historic Downtown Frisco, the bike path, and Lake Dillon. With over 1,800 square feet of space this home can accommodate up to 10 guests, and features a spectacular fenced in back yard with patio furniture and a private hot tub. You will find yourself never wanting to leave with a great kitchen overlooking the living and dining area, a private washer and dryer, and a cozy fireplace to warm up to at the end of a long day.

Upon entering the multilevel town home, you will find the master bedroom, downstairs are the guest room, den, and bunk room, and upstairs is the open concept kitchen, dining, living space, and deck.

On the upper level is the master bedroom immediately to your left, along with an en-suite bathroom that includes a hairdryer and complimentary starter pack of toiletries. This room has a king bed and a 27 inch flat screen TV. Take the half flight of stairs up to the open concept living area. The fully equipped kitchen is also part of the open floor plan that allows for seamless entertaining at the 6 person dining room table. Enjoy the spacious living room with a flat screen TV and streaming through Netflix and Roku. The living room also includes a gas fireplace. Be sure to check out the large deck off the living room to enjoy gorgeous mountain views or walk downstairs to the private hot tub. There is also a powder room on this level for added convenience.

You will find the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms down the stairs on the lower levels. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and that has a thru door to the private hot tub. This room has a den area attached with a TV and sofa with pull out queen sofa sleeper. There is a bathroom off the hall with full tub and shower shared by the bunk room on the lower level. The lower level also has a full size washer/dryer and a door to the garage where you may store your skis.The bunk room is down another half flight of stairs, and has 2 bunk beds that sleep 4, plus toys for the kids.
