The first level has a full bath and bedroom with queen-sized bed, perfect for those who cannot climb steps. There is a 2-car (Compact) garage for parking, but go for Compact, as the garage will not accommodate large vehicles. One additional parking space is available for an additional fee. The home is newly painted, furnished, and upgraded with plantation shutters, upgraded appliances and more. The Air Conditioning system was replaced with a new Low-Energy system in 2017 and the home is fully equipped with solar panels.
