Our beautiful home is 4500 square feet and three levels. The Main (ground) Level is where BEDROOM #2 is located.
The Main Level consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, den, kitchen, foyer, and living room.
ABOUT GUEST ROOM #2: On the Main Level off the main hallway, next to the SHARED bathroom, with extra entrance from the patio, 2 single beds, sleeps a total of 2.
The Top Level contains 2 additional bedrooms and one bath (which is shared with the owner sometimes). The Basement Apartment is the Owner's residence.
Outside enjoy relaxing on the patio to the sounds of the birds, the water-wall; play basketball, volleyball, tennis or badminton, walk among the 2 acres of pine trees, roses, nut trees, shade trees, or sit in one of the peaceful sitting areas located around the property.
Our guests especially love the easy access only 1 mile off the I-15 Interstate and the close proximity to Zion National Park, St. George and Brian Head. When they return home after hiking, biking, skiing, boating, swimming or even shopping, all the dishes are done and put away, the kitchen is clean, trash is emptied, leaving them to relax and plan their next adventure. For the musicians, we have an upright piano in the Living Room
With the Co-Host and Grounds-keeper's on the property in private living quarters above the garage, separated from the house by the breezeway, assistance is just a phone call away.
