Aloha and welcome to Magic Sands Beach House. This beautiful and spacious has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is located just a one-minute walk to Magic Sands Beach, the best beach in Kailua-Kona.

Keauhou Shopping center is a mile and half away, and it is three miles to the heart of Kona Town. You'll have access to shopping, movies, great restaurants, galleries, golfing, snorkeling and diving tours, live entertainment, parks, beaches, and harbors . If you are an explorer this is a great starting point for traveling south to the Volcano or north to the majestic Kahala coast and mountainous Waimea town.
Magic Sands Beach House is a child-friendly destination and serves as a relaxing family retreat. Warm sunny days keep our pool warm enough for evening dips while you BBQ on the huge rooftop lanai. Or, put your feet up listen to the chirping birds in the old banyan tree and the rhythmic sound of the waves hitting the shore at Magic Sand Beach. Walk the hundred steps to the beach and applaud the sunset.
Magic Sands Beach House is a generous, 3500 square foot double story house. Space is designed to allow privacy and quiet on wrap-around decks while providing a large group area for watching TV and playing games. There is high-speed Wifi, and several big "smart" TVs with streaming services, Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon Video.
The main kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, and granite countertops. There is a separate kitchenette in the bunkroom, with an extra full-sized refrigerator and microwave. Every bedroom has AC, one AC in upstairs living room and one AC in the kitchen and dining area.
High Open Beam Ceilings in the Great Room with many windows make it light and airy. Large roof deck off the Great Room for relaxing and BBQ with some ocean views.
The pool area has an outdoor shower, and a roomy spa that can seat 6 adults.
Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) has a king-size bed and a trundle bed for up to 4 people
Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed for 2 people
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a twin bed for 3 people
Bedroom 4 has a king bed and a twin bed plus a crib for 3 people and a baby
Bedroom 5 has a full-size bed for 2 people
Bedroom 6 has a queen bed for 2 people
Bedroom 7 has two twins over full bunk beds and a day bed for up to 7 people.
There is also a sofa bed in upstairs living room for additional 2 people

Maximum Occupancy: Only the individuals specifically registered at the end of this document shall occupy the premise at any time. Children are counted in the total of the occupancy. Over-occupancy is a material violation of this lease agreement. If you bring more guests than the number of registered guests, you will be charged at the rate of $100 per person per night. Or otherwise, it will be $1000 per night fine applied to your reservation.
Parties or events: No parties, events, or visitors are allowed at the property without explicit written permission from the owner. There shall never be more than the number of guests in the reservation on the premises at any time.
Check-In: TENANT agrees that rent commences no earlier than 4pm on the day and date indicated on part one. Early check-in may be permitted if the house is ready, and must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for early check-in are $99 for 2 pm check-in, $199 for 12 pm check-in, $399 for 10 am check-in.
Check-Out: TENANT agrees to vacate the premises no later than 11 am on check out day. TENANT's security deposit shall be forfeited if you do not vacate the premises by 11 am unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late check-out may be permitted if there is no new tenant arriving the same day. Late check-out must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for late check-out are $80 for 12pm check-out, $199 for 2pm check-out, $399 for 4:00 pm check-out, $499 for 6pm check-out.
