It is located right next to crossover #5.7 Jean Lafitte Lane for golf cart or walking across levee for quick beach access.This location overlooks the gulf of mexico and lots of new amenities to offer a family. Great seating area with high table tops, picnic tables along with extra tables and chairs for outside gatherings downstairs along with an enclosed shower to rinse off from enjoying the Gulf of Mexico beach. Perfect place for those wanting to be close to the Hurricane Hole, its a short walk! Living Room offers large T.V. with cable T.V. channels, Master Bedroom offers Smart T.V. with streaming options only.
Note: Island Realtyhas no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time. The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.
