Perfect for multiple families, this home features a large great room and two beachfront decks for gathering and watching the Sunrise with a cup of coffee or gazing at the glistening diamond moon beams off the water below as you peacefully end your day. There are 3 beach-side Master Bedrooms and each of the 6 bedrooms has their own beautifully tiled full bath. Below is a description of each floor of the house, starting with the top floor as the main living space.
3rd Floor Features the great room with spectacular panoramic beach view, deck with Adirondack furniture, kitchen, two bedrooms and full baths. The great room offers 16' Ceilings, a sectional sofa, two recliners, full-size sleeper sofa, gas fire place, and a large flat screen TV. There’s a large dining table with seating for 10 and adjacent kitchen island with seating for 6. For the cook there’s plenty of pantry space, a large Bosch range featuring oven, four gas burners & griddle. There is an oversized Viking refrigerator/freezer, wine refrigerator and Kitchen Aid dishwasher.
On the top floor a Master Bedroom features a beach view with deck access, queen-size bed, flat screen TV, large bath with walk-in tiled shower, soaking Jacuzzi tub and double sinks.
The 2nd bedroom on this floor offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, full bath with walk-in shower. This bathroom also serves as the powder room for the 3rd floor and has both bedroom and great room access. Faces sunset and sound views.
2nd Floor There are two Beach side Master Bedrooms on this level, each with separate access to the outside deck. King Bed, flat screen TV, full bath with large walk-in shower. 2nd Master Bedroom is a King Bed, flat screen TV, full bath, with shower/tub combination. There are two additional bed rooms on this level each has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, (8) total beds, shower/tub combination, one with flat screen TV, and views of the sunset and sound. A covered deck with furniture, beach access, deck-side wet bar with mini fridge and Laundry room complete this level.
1st Floor/ground level-This level offers two parking garages, elevator access, ping pong table, extra fridge/freezer, gas grill, and private outdoor shower with hot/cold adjacent to beach access. Guests may park in one side of the garage as well as in the driveway.
Leave your chairs at home as plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a large bin of beach toys are provided. This property is Handicap accessible; on-site wheelchair, portable shower/toilet seat and walker with wheels.
