You will be required to sign the Summary of Renter Rules upon booking.
Private pool can be heated upon request/ Pool and Spa heat for $150/night and Spa only for $40/night
Boats, RVs, or trailers of any kind cannot be parked or stored on the property.
Weddings, prom events, large parties, or gatherings are NOT allowed. You may be fined.
Parking is prohibited on the street where red curb markings have been installed. Any overflow parking should be placed along the north side of Sea Butterfly, west of Grand Avenue.
For your safety and security, there is one security camera located at the front of this property.
Vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
