PET POLICY: It’s our pleasure to invite your furry friends to stay.We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. Typically we do not accept pets over 40 pounds however, some can be approved on a case-by-case basis. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. We will perform a close inspection of furniture and carpets after check-out and apply additional cleaning fees or requests for damage, if necessary. There is a $25 fee for excessive pet hair clean up. Avoid these costs by managing and cleaning up after your pets. All pet droppings on property and neighborhood must be properly picked up and disposed of to avoid fines.
- SMOKING: No Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.
PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that doesn't have reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
