Gorgeous newly-built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom paired resort home at the world-renowned Mauna Lani Resort - only a short distance away from the best restaurants, shops and beaches on the Kohala Coast! Kamilo 409 offers 1,653 sq. ft. of island living at its finest with recently purchased furniture and a covered outdoor lanai. The home has a guest-accessible 2-car garage, as well as additional parking in the driveway. A highlight of this home is its great location just a short walk to the Kamilo recreation center where guests enjoy free access to the fitness center, adults-only lap pool, family pool, two hot tubs, BBQ pavilion and over an acre of grass lawns.
