This beautiful one bedroom, two bath condo is located right on the Kona Country Club Ocean Course in the Keauhou Akahi Complex just off of Alii Drive, south of Kona. It is a spacious one bedroom unit with large lanai for dining and relaxing, along with taking in the spectacular view! There is air-conditioning in the bedroom. All the comforts of home in a very Hawaiian setting!! Easy parking (assigned space right out in front of condo), and easy access to unit with electronic locks. Condo is located on the top floor of the stack, so no one is above you. Just a short drive to shopping and dining (Keauhou Shopping Center) and just a short drive up to highway for easy access to all the Big Island has to offer! There is early morning golf course maintenance several days a week, but we now have an A/C unit in the bedroom, so if you want to close windows, you can!!
This condo is a little gem away from the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of Alii Drive and downtown!
