Walk out onto the beautifully landscaped patio and enjoy a book on the BED SWING or cocktail hour on the pier. Downstairs you have a kitchenette, living room, a full bathroom and office space with a printer and office supplies. Upstairs you have kitchen, dining, living, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Fenced backyard. There is a place to tie boat near walkway. We are available during your stay if you have any questions or concerns. No more than 8 occupants allowed. Additional day guests (maximum 4) must be pre-approved by Owner. No pets allowed. Owner is a licensed Realtor. (The boat lift is not available)
Guests have access to the entire townhome and private pier. There is a community boat launch.
