The second floor is an ensuite with king bed and full bath all to yourself. There are 2 Bedrooms on the first floor as well. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds tucked away in a cool trundle bed. The back yard is nice as well.
Cozy Madisonville is a great neighborhood all by itself. But is also close to downtown, the hospitals and many local restaurants
There is off street parking as well as on the street. The property does have a garage but to get back to it your car must be average in size. Larger Suv's will not fit the area in between the house and the fence
