LAUNDRY: Located on the 8th floor. Hours are 6am to 10pm daily. Payment via credit card and PayRange app.
MANAGEMENT ACCESS: The building occasionally requires entrance to units for routine pest control/maintenance (plumbing and air conditioning). The schedule is set by building maintenance. The choice to be present or not is yours. Owner/Manager will be able to access the unit upon giving reasonable notice for the above and also in case of emergencies of repairs. You will be notified of any maintenance/repairs being done during your stay.
Please keep in mind that this building (Ilikai Marina) contains condos that are privately owned. This is not a hotel. There is no pool or extra amenities on-site.
Balcony will be closed and inaccessible from 12/08/2025 - 12/26/2025 (tentatively) due to sealant, paint and waterproofing project. Spalling repair on the opposite end of our condo building is currently being performed until 12/31/2025 (tentative). Occasional noise may be present due to ongoing construction work. Please inquire if you have further questions.
