I like collecting interesting architectural pieces. This apartment contains some of my most well loved treasures. Many Spanish and Mexican antiques, thus Don Quixote's. Inside, you will find a kitchen island built from an old Mexican door. Other old doors on the pantry and laundry room. A deep and long old claw foot tub. The 1/2 bathroom sink came from my childhood camp. When the cabin burned down, I salvaged the sink. A great cement farmhouse sink and a salvaged Wolf oven. The cabinet in the full bath was an old sewing machine piece that I re-purposed. I'm very happy with the way everything came together and think you will enjoy it very much! I think the most important amenity is the bed. You will find a variety of pillows, cotton sheets, nice bedding and comfy mattresses. I don't use artificial scents and get good quality soaps. We use mostly vinegar for cleaning so the environment is relaxing and healthy. This is an attached apartment. The entire 6000 sq. ft building includes this apartment, the main house, a Hobbit house and yurt. All four spaces are used as vacation rentals and each has its own private entry and outdoor area. You will love it!
