Positive: This wasn't our first time on the island, however, first time staying in the area during our two weeks vacation in July. The unit is beautiful and very functional. The ocean view from the balcony/lanai is superb. The lanai itself is set well for the relaxing dinner or just watching the sunset. There is an access to three swimming pools on the property that all of us enjoyed. Inside the unit we had everything necessary. I asked for extra sheets and the management company staff was fast in responding and delivering. They were making sure we have everything we need. Beds were comfortable, though I regretted not bringing my own pillow as all those provided were large and somewhat stiff for me (all were the same, provided my management company), however, this is just a personal preference. Community is walking distance to the shops (grocery, bookstore, pharmacy), movies, Saturday farmers market, good restaurants, shore access and many attractions are just a short drive including diving with mantas that we did with Captain Cook Cruises. Diving experience became a true highlight of our stay this time. There is one car parking very close to the unit, so bringing stuff in and out was easy.

Negative: With all the unit, the location and the hosts have offered, there is, however, a downside. The master and loft bedrooms are facing the golf course. Per condominiums management, there is no working agreement nor relationships between the community and the golf course. During our two week stay we were awaken between 4am and 7am EVERY DAY by lawn mowers. The drivers were at times doing their job in the dark (4am)! They were wearing earplugs and had absolutely no consideration of the residents and guests sleeping at this hour. Weekends were no exceptions. This left us tired and unfortunately impacted our stay. The unit and surrounding area were stunning, but the early morning sound of lawn mowers on the golf course starting at 4-7am every day was a real fly in the ointment, disrupting the peace of an otherwise perfect vacation.

Summary: Beautiful Stay, But Early Morning Noise of Lawn Mowers Was a Downside
