The space:
Amarillo Street Coach House is a 2nd floor, fully-furnished, garage apartment. We are located in the tranquil Sayles Blvd Historic District on S. 9th Street near Amarillo Street. We are close to McMurry University and the SoDA District and just minutes from downtown and shopping, restaurants, etc.
The apartment is nearly 100 years old so we request care of our original hardwood floors. There is a keyless code entry so no key is necessary. Check-in is contactless. The apartment includes the following items for your convenience: 2 outdoor parking spaces, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, cookware, Keurig pod coffee maker, HVAC, WiFi, hair dryer, clothes iron and steamer, lighted vanity mirror, queen size bed, couch that flattens out into approximately a full-size bed, a recliner chair that folds out to a twin size bed, luxury combo shower head/handheld head duo, black-out curtains in bedroom, and more!
