This 7-bedroom, 5.5-bath Crystal Beach Villa is the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation! Renew your senses under swaying palm trees in one of Destin's largest backyards. This home features three stories, and nearly 4,000 sq feet of exceptional living space with grand balconies offering sweeping views of Crystal Beach. Crystal Gem's spacious backyard features a large 25ft x 11ft heated pool**, a spacious patio, and a six-foot privacy fence. The extra large driveway can hold up to eight vehicles.
Crystal Gem is only a short walk from the world-famous Destin beach. We even have a seasonal beach chair and umbrella set up for you at the beach.** Starbucks, Publix, Whole Foods, dining, family entertainment, and much more are less than a mile away.
Relax in one of three living rooms. There is plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group. Entertainment is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi and app-based programming on the Smart TVs.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. 2 pets max. No aggressive breeds allowed. $350 flat pet fee. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.
