Located in a quiet neighborhood off of Cliff Road, guests can relax in a spacious 350 sq/ft beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and single day bed (w/trundle). There is a 3 piece private bathroom with washer/dryer. A full size pull out sofa is available in the very large kitchenette/game room. A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.
Entire beautifully finished lower level of our home with separate entrance. Every guest comments that it’s a lot larger than what pictures show and does not feel like a basement. There is a kitchenette/game room, spacious bedroom and comfortable living room. Keurig, microwave, convection/toaster oven, fridge, wine cooler and propane grill are available for your use. Game room offers a pool table and dart board. Private bathroom with shower and washer/dryer.
There is no access to main house. The side porch with outside fireplace is dedicated to our guests.
Guests must be able to use stairs. We will gladly supply beach towels and beach chairs for your use.
The space is priced for 2 guests, but does accommodate up to 5 (which will need to be approved ahead of time). Additional guests are $100 each per night. For any stays that are a week or more, the cleaning fee will be adjusted to a weekly rate of $135.
There is no parking available on premises. There is street parking available for 1 vehicle but we prefer that guests not bring a car.
PLEASE NOTE: As of July 1, 2019, local taxes (11.7%) will be collected by Airbnb. Room rate and cleaning fee are subject to this tax rate.
