Positive: The place was perfect. Underground (read: shady) parking, elevator, air conditioned (important in Kona), nice lanai, comfortable bed, the kitchen was well appointed with a few basic items (coffee, salt & pepper etc.), and the storage had everything you need (beach chairs, cooler, boogie board).

Negative: Not much we didn't like there...

Summary: Central location, walking distance to everything, nice air conditioning, practical kitchen, all good
