We are looking forward to your stay. we do have house rules that maintain a clean quiet safe atmosphere that must be followed, this is an upstairs unit, absolutely no visitors allowed on property besides reserved guests only, must send picture of all guest valid government i.d to the host prior to check-in, no 3rd party reservation. account holder must be the one staying in the unit unless approved by host prior to reservation, please inform host time of arrival, please maintain a quiet clean respectful and safe atmosphere at all times, pool hours are 9am to 9pm. absolutely no glass around pool area. no pets in the pool area. swim attire only allowed inside the pool. wear slippers/ shoes outdoors and indoors at all times. bring own towels for swimming. dry off completely before going indoors. no smoking or marijuana usage allowed in the pool area. all children under 18 must be accompanied by adult in pool area at all times. no lifeguard on duty. swim at own risk. may experience outdoor noise from pool area. no children under 14 to be staying in this unit nor allowed in pool area unless prior approval in writing is given by host. any guest found to be in pool area after 9pm or breaking any pool rules will have reservation cancelled immediately and required to leave the property be charged additional $195 admin fee. change reservation fee $45. no show fee $85, quiet hours on property are 10pm to 8am. thinner walls may hear noise. be courteous and use noise control at all times. do not walk heavy or stomp on floors. respect guests staying below you. no loud music tv talking etc. quiet peaceful property. tub is non operational . please keep doors closed at all times to prevent outdoor bugs from entering unit. this is the season they like to escape the heat and try to enter, check in is available only to 10pm on day of check in. $65 fee for check in past 10pm unless you request a later check in time prior to reservation and approved by host prior to reservation, due to allergies no pets allowed, must send pet request which has to be approved by host prior to booking or reservation is non refundable if request is not made prior to booking and if pets not approved. pet fees will apply $85 per pet per night for approved pets. contact host to inquire, please wash all dishes and clean kitchen /bathroom after every use. we do not charge a cleaning fee for guests to enjoy lower prices. however, guests must follow checkout rules and clean the unit, bathroom kitchen, wipe countertops, clean dishes and sweep unit before check out or host reserves the right to charge a $85 cleaning fee that must be paid by guest, be courteous and respectful at all times to the neighbors host etc, no parking on driveway. park in front or side of the house on culver st or 11ave, no smoking or vaping inside the house, smoking vaping outside only away from the house, do not use white towels to wipe floors, check out is 11am. ask host for future reservations, always maintain a quiet clean and safe environment, additional charges for more than 2 guest will apply including children same as adults. no children under 14 years old allowed to be in this unit, additional fees may be charged to the guest for misrepresenting reservation, unauthorized visitors/pets, missing items, noncompliance to the rules, damages and for excessive cleaning, breaking any rules will cancel your account and you will be required to leave the property immediately, booking will be non refundable and your account will be charged an additional admin fee plus damages, thank you and enjoy your stayguests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, managed by a private host
