The upstairs floor has four bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a California king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The three other upstairs bedrooms also have California king beds and share a hallway bathroom. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom on the main floor for its use. The open-concept family room and kitchen provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Outside, you can enjoy our beautiful backyard oasis with a heated in-ground rock pool and jacuzzi. The pool features a built-in waterslide to keep the kids entertained for hours. Additionally, there is an outdoor grill, fire pit, and patio with an outdoor dining table and seating.
There is a pack 'n play, strollers, highchair, and booster seat for your infants and toddlers. A full-size washer and dryer are also in the home. In addition, the house has central air and heat. The couch has a queen pull-out mattress.The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
