Dunwoody is a bona fine shopping, dining and cultural hotspot in metro Atlanta, making it a popular travel destination for both business and leisure. Mama Jo’s is on a large Lot. 50's style. Vintage decor. Comfortable Bedding. Big gated back yard. Double car carport. Beautiful, Quiet Estate Neighborhood. Parks, Shopping, Grocery, Restaurants, and lots to do in this area!
Momma Jo's home has been a gathering spot for our family since 1965. It is as eclectic as it is charming, it is as warm as it is vintage and it is as comfortable as it is elegant. The backyard is fully fenced. Just outside the den is a screened in porch that overlooks some very beautiful and very old trees. This porch is a great space for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The upstairs main level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three beds total upstairs. The Basement can also be used for an additional fee. There are 2 queens downstairs, as well as a couch that folds out into a full size bed. PLEASE let us know when booking if you will need the extra space downstairs.
Guest's reservations are for the entire upstairs. The basement, has a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom. Please let know if you need it or use it. We charge $100.00 for the basement use. The housekeeper has extra cleaning to do if you use the basement. We can make sure to have it cleaned up before and after. If you don’t book it in advance, we can add it on. Just let us know please before your arrival. If you use the basement during your stay, without letting us know there may be an additional fee of $100.00-$250.00. We have to schedule the additional cleaning for our housekeepers and for the next guests.
We love our furry puppy friends and do not mind if our guests bring them. There is a $40. per pet fee that will be charged. We love our well mannered 4 legged friends, but please no pets on the beds or on the furniture.
If your pet decides to act like a human, and sleep in the bed, there will be an additional $250 pet fee.
Please let us know prior to arriving that you are bringing your pets. Additionally, we do not allow cats. Thank you for understanding. if you happen to bring a cat, there will be an additional $500 excessive cleaning fee.
