The condo: A large 1,300 sq ft unit with an open floor plan and 2 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. This kitchen is very big with plenty of counter space, providing everything you need except the food! All high-end appliances including a full-size washer and dryer. The refrigerator water and ice are fed from an RO system. Every inch of this condo is clean, and functional. It is a QUIET top floor (2nd floor) end unit. It has the full cable line-up, DVR, Smart TV for streaming, and super-fast internet and WIFI. 2 power recliners (headrest and footrest) in the magnificent couch, and 2 La-Z-Boy recliners. The desk and chair are functional for occasional use, or work-from-home professionals (top-quality desk chair rated for 10+ hours of continuous use). A monitor, laser printer, scanner, wireless keyboard and mouse may be available upon request. The beds and bedding are all high quality, super comfortable!
The complex: it is located on the east side of downtown, only 1 block from Chase Field and Talking Stick Arena, 1 block from the convention center, Symphony Hall and Herberger Theater, and within blocks of hundreds of restaurants, venues, theaters, nightlife, outdoor ice skating rink in winter, and more. Most of the year, Downtown hosts festivals and events of all sorts, and the Farmer's Market weekly year-round. When the Diamondbacks play, you can hear the roar of the crowd after a great play if the windows are open, and you can watch the Friday fireworks and fly-overs from the living room. There is a large pool (not heated), 2 huge hot tubs, and walking paths winding around the complex full of mature trees, several beautiful ponds with fish, turtles and bridges.
The light rail goes by the complex, where you can hop on and go to Mill Avenue, the Art District, Roosevelt Row, or go on a date that includes 5 stops starting with a glass of wine, and ending with an excellent cup of coffee.
