Unit 128 is the closest to the ocean and pool and is the perfect place for a romantic tropical vacation. The renovation gutted the entire unit and restored it to the retro chic mid century modern place is was always meant to be. Approximately 600 square feet of style, all brand new furniture and appliances with artist flair throughout. Custom tile work in the large 4 piece bath which features a separate vanity area and closet. Beautiful designer kitchen with full size range, oven and 18 sq fridge. A large 8' long island peninsula features 4 lavish plush leather and chrome swivel pedestal barstools, Keurig coffee maker and all kinds of deluxe appliances to whip up your dream tropical concoctions. The ceilings are 10' high giving this condo a wonderful open feeling while letting in so much natural light.
A cushy full size sofa sleeper, deluxe modern arm chairs, white coffee table, end tables, bookcases, 43" flat screen and designer TV console. There is an 8' slider with blackout drapes to a large 16' x 5' lanai which has an outdoor eating area.
A partition divides the sleeping area from the living room and has a beautiful linen platform bed with a 12" luxury hybrid mattress. There are 2 small dressers, lamps, luggage racks and ample storage. On the lanai are 2 kayaks, camping/beach chairs and a rolling cooler for your use and a small smokeless grill. Along the ocean is a greenbelt for picnics right out your door. You're walking distance from several restaurants, the "ice ponds" so named because of the fresh water wells coming up into this little bay makes the water crystal clear but cooler than the rest of the ocean. There is fabulous Liliokalani Park for jogging or walking, also Reeds Bay Beach Park for awesome kayaking and snorkeling 🤿. In 5 minutes you can drive into town for the farmers market, loads of shopping options, and an unlimited variety of restaurants. Just 30 minutes away is Volcano National Park, a must see for visitors, and our only vineyard, a full day of activity well into the night, offers hikes around the caldera. Taking the Saddle road across the island you can be at world class white sand beaches in just over an hour. Hilo is a unique trip back in time but has activities for every age group.
