Positive: The location.

Negative: I stayed in Room 230 and there was NO HOT WATER on the first night nor in the next morning. The Television was not working for 1 day. I felt NO EMPATHY from the staff.. On checkout day, the manager gave me a reduction at half price for only 1 day.

Summary: I was really disappointed.
