This ~ 4,911SF, 3 story custom home in exclusive Elk Run Subdivision with walkable access to skiing via "Homeowner's Run" to Gold Link lift is perfect for your ski vacation! The walk is equivalent to 2 city blocks where you can clip in to your skis and go. The home is situated on a cul de sac in a perfect Aspen grove on 1.4 acres of wooded land with great mountain views. There is a great yard to hang out in the summer months. All the aspen trees make it the perfect spot for hammocks and yard games! The home has 5 large bedrooms each with private full bath (6.5 bathrooms total) to comfortably sleep up to 12. Enjoy room to spread out in the open floorplan with large main living area with gas fireplace and 65" TV with Cable, Large Dining Room with seating for 10, and kitchen with all the modern amenities. A second large living area (400 SF with sectional and Aero beds and 60"TV) on the 3rd floor makes a great hangout for kids or use as a temporary office complete with built in desks. Relax apres ski in the outdoor hot tub or indoor sauna. Lightning dedicated Spectrum 100Mbps WIFI internet. Ample parking for 3-5 cars in the driveway. Easy ski access, room to spread out and a fresh furnishing update (new furniture, linens, towels, kitchen utensils, etc.) make this the ideal spot for your ski vacation! Bathrooms are all molded fiberglass Kohler shower/tubs (very clean) vs tile.
