The home is located on a large private lot with 3 separate structures surrounded by lush tropical foliage and plenty of outdoor space and seating. Special features include a spacious covered outdoor lanai, a private heated salt-water pool and hot tub, stone decks and manicured lawns. Designed with high-end finishes, stone floors, a blend of new and antique furnishings and art from local artist Heather Brown and oil paintings by Chihuly, Champion Ridge 22 creates a luxurious yet relaxed ambiance with a touch of surf, sea and sunset cocktails.
The main hale (house) is comprised of a large, well-stocked chef's kitchen, open-concept dining/living area and a wall of glass sliders that open up to the spacious lanai and outdoor barbecue area. The en-suite master bedroom is attached to the main indoor living space via a large private office. The grand master bedroom, also referred to as the "honeymoon suite," is detached from the main hale and boasts a luxurious bathroom with a jetted bath, indoor and tropical outdoor showers, a mini bar and extra office space. An additional Ohana house offers 2 private bedroom suites. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, flat screen TVs, walk-in closets and outdoor access to lush gardens and complete privacy from other guest quarters. Champion Ridge 22 is an excellent choice for couples, groups or large families.
Lounge on your own private pool deck or take a short walk or drive to watch whales breach (whale season is December - April) from the private Beach Club, where guests of Champion Ridge 22 are provided full access. Mauna Lani North and South Golf Courses are only a short distance away.
