Heated Pool Hot Tub Pickleball Game Room | House in Seminole
6 Bedroom House in Seminole
Tucked beneath mature pines minutes from the beach, this single-story retreat is built for groups who want everything in one place. Six bedrooms and nine beds sleep eighteen. Outside: a heated pool with chiller, hot tub, pickleball, mini golf, bowling and an open-air movie theater. Inside: vaulted ceilings, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, and a game room with pool, air hockey, karaoke and a ten-headphone silent disco. Fast Wi-Fi throughout. This is Florida, elevated.
You’ll arrive on a quiet, tree-lined street in the well-established Whispering Pines neighborhood, where mature pines shade the entire property. Parking: 4 cars in the driveway, plus free street parking. Entry is through the front door using [a keypad code we’ll send before arrival].
Step inside and the house opens up immediately — vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and light pouring in from every direction. Everything is on a single level, so there are no stairs anywhere in the home.
LIVING ROOM
Just past the entry, the living room sits at the center of the home. It’s the cozy counterweight to everything else here — comfortable seating, a big TV, and a clear sightline into the kitchen and dining area, so nobody gets exiled to another room while dinner comes together.
It’s where the group naturally lands: coffee in the morning, a movie at night, and the constant low hum of eighteen people who all want to be in the same room.
Highlights of the living room include:
✧ Open-concept layout flowing straight into the kitchen and dining area
✧ Vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light
✧ Smart TV
✧ Ceiling fan and central air
✧ Fast Wi-Fi — extenders throughout the house mean no dead zones
KITCHEN & DINING
Open to the living room, the kitchen was built for groups. Solid wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a flexible island setup give several cooks room to work at once — and it’s fully stocked, so you can cook a real meal on night one instead of driving out for a colander.
Seating is genuinely generous: four stools at the counter and ten chairs at the large dining table, so the whole group can eat together instead of splitting into shifts.
Highlights of our kitchen include:
✧ Fully stocked — cookware, bakeware, utensils, serveware and small appliances
✧ Coffee station with both K-Cup and drip brewers
✧ Ninja slushie maker
✧ Full bartender setup for cocktails
✧ Bluetooth speaker
✧ 4 counter stools plus 10 chairs at the large dining table
✧ Solid wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances
MASTER BEDROOM
The primary suite is a true retreat: a king bed, a private en-suite bath, and a dedicated workspace — useful when one person in the group needs to log on for an hour while everyone else is at the pool. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable here, as it is everywhere in the house.
Highlights of the master suite include:
✧ King bed
✧ Private en-suite bathroom
✧ Dedicated workspace with fast, reliable Wi-Fi
✧ Smart TV and ceiling fan
✧ Large closet with luggage racks
OTHER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Beyond the primary, you’ll find two more king bedrooms — one of them en-suite — and a queen bedroom. Every bedroom in this house holds to the same standard: a TV, a ceiling fan, and a large closet with luggage racks, so suitcases have somewhere to live besides the floor.
With three en-suite bedrooms, morning traffic never becomes a problem — a rare thing in a house that sleeps eighteen.
Highlights of the other bedrooms and bathrooms include:
✧ 2 additional king bedrooms (one with a private en-suite bath)
✧ 1 queen bedroom
✧ 4 full bathrooms total, including 3 en-suites
✧ Smart TV and ceiling fan in every bedroom
✧ Large closets with luggage racks in every bedroom
✧ Fast Wi-Fi with extenders — strong signal in every room
THE KIDS’ SUITE (BUNK ROOM)
This is the room the kids will call dibs on before the car is unpacked. Originally built as a private in-law suite, it has its own entrance, its own full bathroom and its own kitchenette — and it has been handed over entirely to the under-twelve set.
Two full-over-full bunk beds sleep four. There is a slide. There is a swing. There is, in the interest of full disclosure, a serious quantity of candy. We are not sorry.
Highlights of the kids’ suite include:
✧ 2 full-over-full bunk beds — sleeps 4
✧ Private exterior entrance
✧ Its own full bathroom
✧ Kitchenette with sink, counter space and microwave
✧ Indoor slide and swing
✧ Connect 4
✧ A very well-stocked candy supply
✧ Smart TV and ceiling fan
GAME ROOM
The game room is where everyone ends up after dinner. Pool, air hockey and ping pong, a karaoke machine that runs through a full-size speaker, board games and a magnetic chess board.
It also holds the amenity guests talk about most: a silent disco system with ten headphones. Plug in one phone and the whole group hears the same track — the kids can have a full dance party while the adults sit ten feet away in complete quiet.
A queen Murphy bed folds down from the wall here, which makes this the home’s sixth bedroom. By day it disappears and the room is all game room again.
Highlights of the game room include:
✧ Pool table
✧ Air hockey
✧ Ping pong
✧ Karaoke machine with full-size speaker
✧ Silent disco system with 10 headphones
✧ Magnetic chess board and a shelf of board games
✧ Queen Murphy bed — the sixth bedroom
✧ Smart TV
GLAM STATION
Off to the left of the front entrance is a room we didn’t expect to become a guest favorite: a dedicated glam station with four chairs and four mirrors. Four people can get ready at the same time — which, if you’ve ever tried to get a group of eighteen out the door for a dinner reservation, may be the most valuable amenity in the house.
Highlights of the glam station include:
✧ 4 chairs and 4 mirrors
✧ Dedicated getting-ready space, separate from the bedrooms
OUTDOOR SPACE
The backyard is the reason people book this house. It is a private resort, and it was built to be used from breakfast until well after dark.
The pool is heated for winter and chilled at the peak of a Florida summer, so it is genuinely swimmable year-round — a distinction most listings can’t make. The hot tub earns its keep on cool January evenings. Around them: six lounge chairs, a covered patio, plenty of shaded seating, and a deep bin of floaties.
Past the pool deck the property keeps going — a pickleball court, mini golf, bowling, basketball and cornhole. There’s an outdoor bar with four stools, a propane fire pit, a grill with the full set of tools, and dining for twelve. When the group is tired but nobody wants to go inside yet, there’s an outdoor movie theater waiting.
After sunset, string lights and floor lighting turn the whole yard gold. And the mural was painted to be photographed — your group will find it within the first ten minutes.
Highlights of the outdoor space include:
✧ Heated pool with chiller — comfortable year-round
✧ Hot tub
✧ Pickleball court
✧ Mini golf
✧ Bowling, basketball and cornhole
✧ Outdoor movie theater
✧ Outdoor bar with 4 stools
