Summary: The staff was responsive. The room was not in the best repair. The nightstand drawer was not usable, the hinges under the sink are all loose and falling off, one washing machine was full of sand, the luau tiki stands have stakes exposed and not covered. We were surprised and disappointed to have an extra parking fee.
