Living Spaces
After a day out exploring Lake Michigan, our comfortable living room will be calling your name. Put on a movie, cuddle up in front of the fireplace and relax with the family in the open living room. Want some time to yourself or a place to contain the kids? In the lower level is a cozy carpeted den with an oversized sectional sofa, TV and foosball. Do you need a quiet place to work, or to grab a book and relax? Head to the upstairs to find a third gathering space with a desk, TV, two sofas (one that is a sofa sleeper for older kids and adults). This area also offers a bookshelf full of the latest games and puzzles, perfect for a family game night!
Cooking & Dining
When you're ready to meal prep, head to the open, spacious kitchen, where you'll still be part of the action. With its beautiful dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, slate appliances, and chic light fixtures, everyone will want to hang out in the kitchen with the chef. Grab a stool at the island's countertop with seating for four and chat about your day while dinner is cooking. Perfect for sit-down meals where you plan your next adventures or rowdy game nights where you challenge the family, the wooden dining table seats six and is right in the middle of the action, just off the kitchen and living room. Or fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco on the patio to extend the outdoor fun. As an added bonus, the laundry room offers an additional full-size refrigerator.
Bed & Bath
With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, everyone can have their own space. For those with difficulty managing stairs, the first floor ensuite bedroom is ideal at our home and offers a king bed, TV and a beautifully appointed bathroom. For a little extra space, use the sleeper sofa in the second floor living room (this is a sofa sleeper and does not have a mattress). Whichever room you choose, sink into a comfortable bed in a well-appointed room and dream the night away.
Outdoor Spaces
Grab a cup of coffee and head outside to the patio to enjoy some fresh air and overlook the nature of the woodline behind our home. Relax at the table and plan the day's adventures. Then walk a short distance to the marina to rent a kayak or paddleboard, go swimming in the pool, or play games in the clubhouse. We also offer a private fire pit to the South of our home, with additional seating. Another unique item for our home (unlike any other home in Harbor Club!) is that we offer parking for up to seven vehicles.
