A separate home theater room with a 106-inch movie screen and seating is also located on this level. The first-level bathroom has a full bath and shower. Level two has a washer/dryer nook. The first bedroom is an oceanside suite. The second bedroom has a TV, deck access, and a full bath with a step-in shower.
The third bedroom has a main bath with a shower. The hall bath has a tub/shower. The west-facing fourth bedroom has two twins, one with a trundle, and deck access.
