The space
Hourly rental of ONLY the POOL/Patio/CABANA which means it’s a private separated area, attached to main home with it’s OWN private entrances. Rental space includes pool, patio and attached bathroom, NO kitchen nor living room included but full kitchen access MAY be available for additional fee on case by case basis. Included kitchenette area w Mini fridge and microwave. Parking in cul-de-sac, right outside entryway and walk right out to private pool patio paradise in the backyard. Beautiful and historic tree-lined streets in the neighborhood, with easy access to nearby Spring Creek trail system, Myer Park trails, Mercer Arboretum, Old Town Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball and Houston. We’re close to IAH airport and less than 15 minutes from just about everything. Guests under 17 must be supervised at ALL times by adults over 18. Max occupancy of 30 guests for time blocks of 4 hours each. Additional time requires an added extension.
