The slopes are 45 minutes away. Grocery store is 2 blocks away. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 4 living rooms, and lots of space there is plenty of room for every family member to enjoy. The house is a duplex. The north unit is occupied by a tenant who helps to oversee the upkeep.
You will have access to the main house and yard. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 living rooms and 3 full bathrooms.
Quiet suburban area but close to everything. There is an apartment complex in the back but they are super mellow and very quiet.
Parking off street for 8 cars is available

Trampoline, tree house, fire pit and creek that runs along the back side are all play "your own risk". The trampoline does have wood on the side but there are gaps- please warn of stepping through and hurting leg.
