A spectacular Gulf and beach view, Holiday Surf #713 is a top floor condo which accommodates up to 4 people with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. As you enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony keep a look our for dolphins playing in the surf. If you are lucky you might see a sea turtle or manatee swimming by the beach also.
This one bedroom unit has lots of new updates including a dry bar with wine refrigerator including Reidel glasses to enjoy your perfectly chilled wine. Welcoming décor throughout the condo allows you to relax after a day seeing the sights or beach time. The bathroom has been totally redone with walk in shower and a refreshing rain head to relax in after a day at the beach.
