The Green Guava is located in Kuau Plaza, a small, 30 unit condominium complex on Maui’s North Shore. The space itself is fun, breezy, casual, and relaxing. There are two pune, or Hawaiian daybeds (twin size) in the living room, situated for sitting, lounging, sleeping or napping! A spacious eastern king size bed is situated in the bedroom. A pub-style table that seats 4. There is also a small outside patio and table where guests can enjoy morning coffee, meals and afternoon cocktails!
The quaint yet hip town of Paia is only one mile away.
The unit has split AC. Please take care to return the remotes to their mounts on the wall. Additionally, in this climate, with our humidity being what it is, the optimum temperature setting will be between70-74 degrees. We ask that guests adhere to this temperature range.
Keep in mind that check out is at 10:30 am as our cleaning staff need the time for cleaning. If your flight out is at night, I would recommend booking an additional night in order to give yourself the full last day at the condo.
