There is a property manager who lives on property in a private section with her own entrance. The property manager is meant to assist with emergencies and to help with any questions. You will not know that the property manager exists because she does not share any common areas with you and she has her own private entrance separate from the house entrance.
The house sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are extra bedrooms and bathrooms available if you needed more space to sleep up to 16 people. Please inquire to see if those spaces are available.

On the first floor, there are 3 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and the master bathroom. There is also a second living area on the second floor pull-out sofa and TV.
The backyard is massive and has a seating area, tiki bar, picnic table, and lots of grass to run around in!
All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with towels, linens, blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, dishwasher, utensils, plates, cups, coffee maker, pots, pans, and just about everything else you might need!
