This beautiful 1850 square foot 3 bedroom / 3 bath town home is a very private end unit which has a wall of windows that fill the living area with natural light. On the main floor, you will find a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances. The family room has plenty of seating and a 65 inch big screen TV and opens to the private lanai. Enjoy a meal on the lanai with a BBQ and opens onto a lush greenbelt which is a short walk to the resort pool. The dining area downstairs has seating for 8. There is a separate area off the family room with a game table that is great for cards, checkers or a board game.
Upstairs you will find a loft drenched with natural light with seating to relax and read a book. The Master Bedroom is spacious with king size bed, large TV and it's own large lanai for sitting and enjoying an evening Mai Tai. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and 55 inch TV. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs and has two twin size beds, 55 inch TV and is light and bright. It also has an attached bathroom.
This end unit has no one above and is PRIVATE, CLEAN, SPACIOUS, and LIGHT with plenty of windows and natural lighting.

The unit has plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a paddle board for our guests. We do not provide snorkel gear.

GOLF - Two championship golf courses right at your back yard. The Mauna Lani North and South courses are world class.
