This house is professionally cleaned and maintained prior to your visit. We have a weekly pool cleaner as well.

There are video surveillance cameras inside the main living areas (living room and sunroom), garage, and outside the home to ensure safe and quiet enjoyment of the home. Please note: We absolutely respect privacy and do not watch guests during a stay. The cameras are in place for piece of mind if the home is vacant and that there’s no damages/missing items after a guest checks out. If this is a concern to you, please do not book.

House Rules:
1. Absolutely NO parties/events/smoking allowed anytime (this will result in a cancelled booking).
2. No shoes allowed inside the house.
3. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise level down.
4. No yelling/loud music.
5. Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7 am.
6. No pets allowed (this will result in a cancelled booking).
7. No extra guests allowed. Please inform us of all guests in advance to avoid a fee.
8. Do not move furniture.
9. Please let us know of any spills/damages immediately.
10. Please do not leave food out anywhere in the home.

The individual booking is responsible for the whole group and enforcing house rules within their group.

Notes:
- The pool is not heated.
- By using the pool, you agree to take all responsibility and liability.
- There's one 65" Smart TV in the living room. We do not provide cable.
- If you have a large group, we recommend spacing out 10 minutes between showers as there is a large showerhead in both bathrooms which uses up the hot water quicker.

Check-In/Out:
- Check-in time is any time after 4 pm.
- Check-out time is no later than 11 am to allow cleaning for the next guest, but we can try to accommodate if you ask in advance and if there is no guest checking in.
- Prior to your departure, please remove the kitchen trash and place it in the trash bins in front of the house. We kindly ask that you remember to shut off all the lights and lock the back doors.
