This secluded beach front estate has unobstructed ocean views from both floors. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom with a king bed and second bedroom with two XL twins. There is a full kitchen upstairs adjoining the upstairs living room and a large balcony with spectacular unobstructed ocean views.
The first floor features a large living room, two bathrooms and a bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two XL twins and half a kitchen. This house offers ample room and comfort for family and friends.
Each floor has its own laundry room w/its respective washer/dryer for maximum convenience. The gorgeous beachfront lawn is massive and there is comfortable furniture as well as some lounges and chairs mere steps from the frequently empty beach, safe for the sea turtles that frequently laze about the white sand beach. There is ample parking available with a 4 car garage and 2 spots available across the street as well. Despite this residence's seclusion it is still conveniently located 5- 8 min away from the world famous surf town of Haleiwa, which hosts 1 of the famed Jewels of the Triple Crown of Surfing competitions. Haleiwa is also well known for its many restaurants and popular shops.The North Shore is commonly referred to as a Mecca for the world's best surfers who make their annual pilgrimage to it's pristine, awe inspiring beaches. The most famous wave on earth, the absolutely mesmerizing Banzai Pipeline is about 15-20 minute drive and warrants spending a day at the beach taking in its awe inspiring power. If your timing is impeccable, nearby Waimea Bay may be breaking if the swell is large enough. Having a picnic on the beach and watching some of the biggest waves on earth break nearby is an absolute must during the winter months! In the summer months, the waves are generally smaller which makes it perfect for snorkeling or other exciting ocean activities.
