Luxurious oceanfront beach house is located in the most desirable and unique spot on Long Beach Island. Experience incredible unobstructed views of the ocean, bay, pristine Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge as well as the Atlantic City skyline in the distance. Located on a quiet street, the spacious, designer-decorated, 6-bedroom home is perfect for families or group gatherings and offers 5 bathrooms + 2 outdoor showers and toilet. A private dune walk provides direct and convenient beach access. To take advantage of the unobstructed SPECTACULAR VIEWS, the house is reverse living with the kitchen and living room on the top floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow the breathtaking vistas to be admired while enjoying meals and conversation while in the large open kitchen, living room, bar and dining room. On the second floor, you can also enjoy the ocean view from the three master bedrooms as well as relax on the attached deck.
In addition, the main deck has two large dining tables with umbrellas and cushioned lounge chairs and seats facing the ocean and bay. There’s also a section with an overhang if you prefer the shade. From the accessible rooftop, experience breathtaking 360 degrees views of the entire island and enjoy additional seating. (Hint, it’s a perfect spot to not only sunbathe but also to take photographs, meditate or practice yoga.) You can see the bay full of boats, the Atlantic City skyline in the distance, six miles of undeveloped beach, the ocean as well as the famous Fantasy Island ferris wheel in Beach Haven.
Beach Haven is a very short car ride away or an enjoyable bike ride or walk. The town is full of lively restaurants, bars, stores, markets and amusements for kids (a waterslide park, Fantasy Island arcade + rides, mini golf). For convenience, around the corner from the house, there's a deli if you need quick items or would like delicious ice cream or famous crumb cake.
If you plan to relax at the house, there's both a family room with a flat screen television on the bedroom floor and a separate home media center with a brand new 75 in Samsung Smart TV on the ground floor. On the top, open-concept floor, the main living room is expansive and open to the kitchen and dining areas, including a bar! There's a large, new Weber grill on the main deck. Be sure to catch the view of the gorgeous SUNSET over the bay! If you enjoy listening to the ocean's calming sounds, watching dolphins swimming (fairly often!) and surfers catching waves as well as convenient beach access then this is the vacation house for you!
