Enjoy this beautifully remodeled and upgraded condo, located in highly desired beachfront building 1, which is closest to the beach within the complex. It is one of only seven buildings on the whole island as close to the beach.
New HVAC system has the added benefit of an Ionizer and UV Light installed, providing you with the most healthful air, purging dust and other allergens effectively. Together they prohibit the accumulation of potential mold, mildew, microorganisms, air born allergy irritants and odors.
This condo offers a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico & the beach. "Wow, what a great view," will be your first words when you arrive, and likely throughout your visit. The sights and the sounds of beach waves and tropical breezes can be enjoyed from the screened lanai with the comfortable dining set, lounger, including a new ceiling fan, living room, kitchen, or master bedroom. Look the other way and enjoy the pool and beautiful courtyard.
The beach is approximately a one minute walk. The pool is less than a minutes walk. This well equipped home has numerous extra amenities that will enable you to have a relaxing, enjoyable vacation with all the conveniences. You can enjoy the provided beach towels & chairs, loungers, cooler, sand toys, shelling items, floating bait box, noodles and other floating or water items. Beach toys for the young and old for creating sand castles, a game of Frisbee, and more are waiting for you.
The beach is beautiful, the shells are plentiful, and you will feel at home in this tastefully decorated home. The pool is large and refreshing. Plenty of space for lap swimmers or your own personal water aerobics. No children in the pool during the adult/lap swimmers reserved time from 8-9 am & 4-5 pm. The new pool furniture is comfortable.
Enjoy Loggerhead Cay's lovely grounds that includes 2 new, dedicated Pickleball courts + 2 additional courts with portable nets. There is a new tennis court with markings for 2 additional Pickleball courts. Sign the clipboard to reserve a court or find a new friend to play with.
There are 2 shuffleboard courts for family fun. There is an enjoyable courtyard sitting area overlooking the Gulf vista. Enjoy a family lunch or dinner at the picnic area by the pool. There are 6 new grills located by the tennis courts and 2 new grills that are just a few steps away from the unit's front door.

Private, high speed, secure internet is available to those who need to keep in touch with the outside world while in this home away from home. The wireless modem is located in the condo for fast, dependable service and speed. The service is an extra benefit and exclusive for your use only.
Many restaurants are within a short walk or drive. There are two tiki bars within a 5-10 min. beach walk, in either direction, where you can enjoy a quick lunch or beverage.
Reserved parking is right in front of the condo. There is an elevator and stairway close to the front door of this second floor condominium for easy unloading of your luggage, groceries and more.
Loggerhead Cay is in a convenient location on the island. A couple of minutes after crossing the bridge and your relaxation and vacation has begun after crossing the causeway!
There are miles of bike paths and trails to explore. A short drive away, during baseball spring training, you can watch the Boston Red Sox or Minnesota Twins play. Ding Darling Nature Preserve is an expansive property for spectacular photography opportunities. Enjoy the birds and other wildlife that are all over this sanctuary and learn about the local environment, or take an educational, narrated bus tour throughout the Preserve.
Travel insurance is available with VRBO. This is a pet free unit. 5 guests occupancy strictly enforced. Loggerhead Cay is a weekly rental complex. Sat to Sat arrival is strictly enforced. Departure time is by 10 am and arrival time, which may be optional, is after 3 pm. This schedule is possibly adjustable to meet your needs. Please reach out to the property owner if an optional arrive/depart is possible . The housekeeper sets her schedule and is dependent upon the previous guests departure and the incoming guest's arrival time.
This unit did not sustain major destruction from Hurricane Ian. This unit is located on the second floor. Damages were minor. The minor carpentry work is complete. It has been freshly painted throughout. New carpeting in the living room and bedrooms. All new bedding in the master bedroom.
