3 Bedroom House in Austin
This is my first short term rental property. We’ve got brand new super soft beds (3) in each bedroom and (4) sleeper sofas in the two living rooms. My fiancé and I decorated the interior using family furniture and some local photos in the style of our home town the ATX. Plenty of room to play in the yard. Ping pong table for games and decks of cards as well as “What the meme?” There is also a small tv for streaming if you get super bored on our WiFi. I hope you enjoy your stay! Simple rule(s): 1. Don’t flush anything down the toilet other than tp and poo or pee. Make sure EVERYONE in your group knows this rule! 2. No loud noise over 85dbs or past 10:30p on a weekday(city ordinance in a neighborhood). 3. Clean up after yourselves. Set trash outside. Don’t worry about the linens we will take care of those(emergency let me know so we can replace ruined linens.
