“This home is amazing. There was plenty of space for our large group of 8, allowing for privacy and warm common areas. The view off of the back deck made this easily the best rental experience we've had. Perfect for sunsets and moonlight off the water, and if you go during the Winter months, you can watch humpback whales playing right from the deck. I must have seen 100+ breaches in the 6 days we were there. Plenty of close by restaurants, and there's a great little market and coffee shop right around the corner. Thank you so much! * Quiet hours shall be maintained from 9:00 pm until 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Any sound that is audible beyond the Honu Hale boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
* Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.
* Vehicles shall park in the designated onsite parking areas and shall not be parked on the street.
* No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
