The Space:
Newly renovated, oceanfront 1-bedroom condo located on the Windward side of Oahu. This property is located in the "country" part of the island with semi-private beach access. You will see chickens, geckos, insects and other creatures too as they are a normal part of country island living!
***IMPORTANT NOTICE! The building has ongoing construction and renovations being done (as of May 2022) from 8am-5pm, M-F that WILL cause noise during your stay (think jack-hammering on neighboring unit’s balconies). Please plan on some unsightly construction scaffolding and signs. We are aware of the potential impacts to your stay and have discounted the nightly rates to reflect this. We want to make sure you are aware of this before booking your stay with us.
This unit is located on a mid-level floor, accessible by two secured elevators.
It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and twin/full size bunk bed. The living space has 1 full size pull out couch. Washer/dryer, Wifi and AC located inside unit. New appliances, kitchenware, linens, towels, television, etc. Features full kitchen and bathroom, with plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper for your stay.
Guests have access to entire condo, beach, and fitness center, as well as barbecue area, pool area and grass area with lounge chairs. There is reserved parking for 1 car included and more parking along the road. 24/7 security.
Enjoy sipping your morning cup of coffee from the unit's lanai (balcony) and watch the sunrise with your loved ones. You can often see whales and sea turtles just off the shore! The beach is protected by a reef full of colorful fish and sea turtles, and creates a very calm and safe swimming and snorkeling area right in front of the condo. Take a walk down the shore in the evening to see turtles beaching themselves for the night!
Guest Access:
As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs, and beach. Free parking for 1 car included and building has 24-hour security. Beach chairs, beach tent, snorkels, beach towels also included.
Pool is available during these hours:
Monday-Friday 5pm-8pm (after daily construction is complete)
Weekends 10am-8pm
BBQ grill can be used 9am-9pm (first come, first serve)
A few other things to bear in mind:
*The building HOA doesn't allow any pets, sorry!
*There is no smoking inside unit, on the lanai, or anywhere in the building.
Designated smoking areas are next to the road.
*No parties or events allowed.
*Maximum occupancy: 7 people, including adults and children.
*Checkin is 4pm, checkout is 10am.
*There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
