I've always like the floor plan of this home, as it is almost like it has two Master Suites with a nice sized living area and kitchen between. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan and TV. The bedroom has a Queen bed and ceiling fan (no TV). There is Free Parking for Two vehicles, with one vehicle in the garage and a second vehicle can be parked in the driveway. The dining area has seating for four at the table and the living area has a comfy new sofa and chair along with a large Smart TV that has cable and Streaming capabilities. Internet service is provided by Spectrum's community package with advertised download speeds of 400Mbps.
The home is nicely situated in the community with easy walking access to the shops and restaurants of Ko Olina Center in one direction and Roy's, the Ko Olina Golf Course, Ko Olina Beach & Sports Club and the beaches in the other direction. The community pool, with cabanas and BBQ Grills is just a short walk down the path. Access to the Ko Olina Beach & Sports Club which has a full gym, basketball and tennis courts and numerous fitness classes is available for a one-time $25 fee per person.
